I woke up this morning feeling terribly cold and with a cloud of dense fog building up to an immense pressure inside my skull. It felt like my eyes were inflating and my face was becoming all twisted and distorted.
I know that if i don't snap out of it soon and actually do something productive then the day will get away from me and there will be nobody to blame but myself.
So i thought a journal might be a good way to get the ball rolling...
